There are 2 ways to search for your backflow devices.
To find a specific device:
- Enter your PTO (Permit to Operate) Number or RO (Regulated Object) Id in the "Enter Credential, Plan Review, Permit, Serial Number or Object Number" field.
- Click Search.
You can also search for all your backflow devices.
- Enter your business name or part of your business name.
- Select Application Type - "Permit to Operate"
- Select Credential/Permit Type - "Interior cross connection control assembly non health care"
- Click Search
